Enzyme catalysis inside cells falls into three groups: coenzyme-dependent redox reactions, metabolite transformations, and reversible covalent modifications. This video covers each group, from NAD+ and FAD redox chemistry to isomerization, hydrolysis, and regulatory phosphorylation and methylation.
